If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund. After one year, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship.

Shipping policy

Our average shipping times are 2 - 5 business days.

In addition, please allow 3 – 4 business days for production as each item is made to order.

Bulk Custom orders usually take 7-14 business days for production after deposit and design

approval is received. This timeline may vary depending on order size and seasonal demand.

Note: During holidays our production times may vary.

1. Products

We offer printed apparel, including Christian, lifestyle, funny, and customizable designs. Slight

variations in color or placement may occur due to the printing process.

2. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and trusted payment providers. Payment is required before

orders are fulfilled.

3. Shipping

We typically ship within 3–7 business days, for non- custom orders. Delivery times depend on

the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our facility.

4. Returns and Exchanges

- Custom orders: Final sale unless defective or incorrect.

- Non-custom items: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free

reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and content are the property of Ohana Print & Stitch LLC or used with permission.

Do not copy or reproduce without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ohana Print & Stitch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from

using our products or site.

Bulk Custom Order Policy – Ohana Print & Stitch LLC

Effective Date: June 28, 2025

At Ohana Print & Stitch LLC, we gladly accept bulk custom orders for special events, businesses,

churches, organizations, and more. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, the following

policy applies:

1. Deposit Requirement

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work, materials ordering, or

production begins. This deposit secures your order and covers initial production costs.

2. Final Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the order and must be paid in full before

delivery or shipment.

3. Design Approval

All designs must be reviewed and approved in writing (email confirmation is acceptable) before

production begins. Once approved, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Order Timeline

Bulk orders typically require 7–14 business days for production after the deposit and design

approval are received. This timeline may vary depending on order size and seasonal demand.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of bulk orders, all deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled after

production begins are not eligible for refunds.

6. Communication

once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the

customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
